Sensitive Data: Mental health history and session notes (encrypted and protected).
Transaction Data: Payment history for sessions.

2. Data Retention & Deletion

In compliance with the Mental Healthcare Act 2017, please note:

Account Data: Can be deleted upon request at our deletion page.
Clinical Records: We are legally mandated to retain medical/session records for a period of 7 years from your last session.

3. Grievance Redressal
